Sensuality Spa Service

This relaxing service incorporates the comfort of a massage and the practice of mindfulness meditation. We use this two-point technique to start the process of releasing your inner thoughts and inhibitions. Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment; without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods and guided imagery to relax the body and mind to help reduce stress.
